Position : Doctor Response Center

Location : Mexico – International SOS

Administrative Reports To : RC / AC Operations Manager

Functional Reports To : Medical Director Mexico

Works With : Assistance Center, Response Center, Medical Staff, Supply Team

General Objective of the Position :

Responsible for providing professional and effective assistance services to International SOS clients who contact the Response Center, adhering to the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Operations

• Provide empathetic and high-quality service to company clients
• Receive and assess relevant medical calls from clients
• Gather logistical, medical, and collateral histories related to the medical event / incident
• Offer telephone medical evaluation and consultation to designated patients worldwide, assessing and monitoring treatment suitability at their location
• Advise callers, family members, employers, employees, insurance companies, and other clients
• Prepare medical reports, arrange referrals, monitor patient conditions, recommend appropriate medical transport methods, and track their progress
