We're Hiring : Business Managers (Multiple Regions)

We're expanding our team and looking for dynamic Business Managers to drive growth in the following regions :

  • Mexico City
  • Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt and surrounding markets)
  • Indonesia
  • Thailand

Job Responsibilities :

1. Develop and expand the market for Water Treatment / Medical Waste Disposal / Hazardous Waste Treatment / other environmental protection projects in the local market, establishing and maintaining client relationships.

2. Understand local environmental policies, market demands, and industry trends to formulate market development strategies.

  • Identify potential clients and promote the signing of cooperation agreements and long-term contracts.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and collaborate with internal teams (technical, after-sales, operations) to enhance customer experience and improve market competitiveness.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, forums, and related events to increase brand awareness and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Develop sales plans and achieve performance targets. Provide regular market analysis, customer insights, and competitor evaluations to support business strategy adjustments.

    • Job Requirements :

    1. Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Language : Fluency in English + the local language (Spanish / Arabic / Indonesian / Thai, depending on the region). Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Industry Experience : Prior experience in environmental engineering or environmental technology solutions is preferred. Prior experience in Water Treatment / Medical Waste Disposal / Hazardous Waste Treatment is preferred.
  • Sales Experience : Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable, especially in business negotiations, client development, and channel expansion.
  • Core Skills : Excellent teamwork, resilience, and self-motivation; willingness to travel abroad when required.
