Take your next step and support us as a SENIOR ASSEMBLY PLANNER.DescriptionEscorting of complete planning and implementation phases of complex production equipment as well as tools and assembly systems with focus of general process planning.Analysis, conception and implementation of assembly structures and processesAnalysis and detecting of potentials for costing and F-time reduction as well as assurance of processes.Development of assembly and test processes and execution of FMEAsDeveloping of technical RFQ for equipment and assembly toolsSelection, design and sourcing of equipmentProject management (controlling, monitoring of dates, documentation of defects)Good knowledge by participating in workshops, 3P process and ramp-up workshopsQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administrationAt least 4 years of professional experience.Experience at an OEMSubstantial experience in the specific planning fields in the automotive industry (assembly, factory planning, paint shop, body shop, conveyance) Specifically a very high knowledge and experience in Assembly Equipment and Tools Planning.Knowledge of Ergonomics Standards is an advantageKnowledge in Kanban SystematicCATIA and Layout HLS is an advantageExperience of project managementWillingness to travelFluent EnglishGerman A2 (is a plus)Position for 6 monthsSeniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : TemporaryJob function : Management and ManufacturingEDAG Group is an equal opportunities employer.
