We are looking for a Video Editor with strong experience in AI and VFX to join our AI-driven projects. This role blends creativity, technology, and storytelling to produce content with consistent characters and compelling narratives, leveraging cutting-edge models such as Runway Gen-4, Sora, Veo 3, Nano Banana, Pika, and more.
AI-Generated Video Production : Design and produce high-impact videos using creative prompts, leveraging image and video generation models to build consistent characters, visual worlds, and strong narratives.
Integrate AI-generated footage with traditional editing, including cutting, compositing, sound design, color grading, and narrative pacing to deliver polished results.
Build engaging narrative arcs for short- and mid-form content, maintaining character consistency and dramatic structure.
Research & Tool Adoption : Stay up to date on generative AI trends, test emerging models and plugins, and share best practices with the team.
Ethical & Legal Data Management : Understand challenges with character consistency, multi-character interactions, and model limitations, and work with specialists to leverage licensed data while avoiding copyright risks.
Cross-Team Collaboration : Work with marketing, programming, and content teams to align business objectives with engaging visual storytelling.
Proven AI Project Experience : Minimum 5 years in video editing and at least 1 year using generative AI tools (Runway, Sora, Veo, Pika, MidJourney, etc.), Proven VFX Experience : Minimum 1 year working on entertainment projects involving VFX software, demonstrating strong technology adoption and storytelling application.
Professional Editing Software Proficiency : Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Understanding of ML concepts and experience with Python and libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch to adapt models or automate workflows.
Knowledge of current challenges, such as character temporal inconsistency or multi-actor scenes, and ability to optimize results with creative strategies and data training.
Entertainment Industry Experience : Previous work with film, TV, or streaming companies, with an understanding of narrative demands.
Native Spanish and advanced English reading / writing skills (technical materials and AI interfaces are typically in English).
Project Reel : Applicants will be asked to submit a reel showcasing previous projects where AI was used to generate audiovisual content, or create a new project using AI tools as part of the application.
