HR Systems Sr.
Analyst
and play a key role in driving system improvements, managing vendor relationships, and supporting payroll-related projects with a focus on automation and compliance.
We are looking for a proactive professional to support payroll system operations, lead technology-related projects, and act as a key liaison between HR (Payroll) and IT.
This role is essential to ensure accurate payroll processing, system integrity, and successful implementation of new tools and regulatory changes.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Support Payroll Technology Projects
– Assist in identifying scope, tracking activities, and validating system changes in coordination with IT and vendors.
Ensure System Accuracy & Data Integrity
– Participate in testing and configuration updates to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs.
Collaborate on Implementations & Migrations
– Support acquisitions and system transitions through data preparation and testing assistance.
Manage Vendor Coordination
– Serve as liaison with payroll vendors for administrative tasks, issue resolution, and ticketing system oversight.
Drive Process Improvements
– Identify manual tasks and propose automation opportunities using available tools and systems.
Generate Reports & Support Interfaces
– Assist in designing ad hoc reports and maintaining interface accuracy in collaboration with IT.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in payroll or HR technology roles
Proficiency in payroll systems and software; experience with implementations and updates.
Strong Excel skills and ability to manage high volumes of data; experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleNet is a plus.
Advanced English Skill is mandatory; able to coordinate with global teams (India, North America).
Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to lead calls and influence cross-functional teams.
High adaptability, resilience, and a continuous improvement mindset.
