With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.YOUR TASKSDevelop detailed cost calculations for products, assemblies, and individual components.Prepare quotations and project costings aligned with internal guidelines.Lead Design-to-Cost (DtC) initiatives, set cost targets, and facilitate supplier workshops.Conduct project profitability analyses (P2R) and define cost targets for development, materials, and production.Provide price recommendations and key project figures to senior management.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in industrial, mechanic, electromechanical engineer or a related field.Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.Familiarity with PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) is a strong plus.Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and cost simulation tools.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, finance).
