As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee the seamless operation of housekeeping functions across all accommodation and public areas.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive division objectives and day-to-day operations forward.

By providing direct support to Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and coordinate housekeeping functions across all departments
Supervise staff and provide coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery
Develop and implement effective procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements : ">

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping for a large hotel (500+ rooms), cruise line or hospitality industry

Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures

Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and software packages such as Excel, Word, and Company programs

Language Requirements :

Good English language skills are required. Ability to speak additional languages like Spanish, preferred
