Job Title : APIs Production Support Lead

The role requires an experienced professional to maintain our critical Fraud systems, responding effectively for disaster recovery plans, coordinating with vendors and supporting annual network certificate renewal activities.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Coordination of Disaster Recovery (DRE) plans – Work with vendors / technical resources (network team, developers) / business teams to develop a plan to align with scheduled Disaster Recovery dates.
• Maintain our critical Fraud systems. ITSO is responsible for maintaining all governance aspects of internal repositories, policies, disaster recovery.

About the Role :

This position is responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of our Fraud systems, including disaster recovery planning and coordination with various stakeholders.
