The Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and ensuring that project goals are met.

They will serve as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and execution of project plans.

The Project Leader will also be tasked with identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and driving continuous improvement in project processes.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to serve as the lead contact for clients and internal teamsProven experience in coordinating across multiple departments and managing resources effectivelyProblem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risksTechnical knowledge in cable, PCB, and module assembly is highly beneficialBachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related fieldFluency in English and Spanish is preferredExperience in the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus
