🚀The Role :
We are looking for an Amazon eCommerce Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of our Amazon growth strategy. This is not a junior operational role — we are looking for someone with proven experience in scaling Amazon accounts, optimizing advertising performance, and building long-term brand equity on the platform.
🎯Resposabilities :
- Lead Amazon growth strategy (MX & US), driving sales and profitability.
- Manage and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (SP, SB, SBV, DSP).
- Implement strategies for organic ranking, reviews, and ratings.
- Launch and manage Subscribe & Save programs.
- Oversee product launches and promotional planning.
- Analyze key metrics (RPC, ACOS, TACOS, NTB, LTV) and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure top-quality content across PDPs and Storefront (SEO, A+ Content, Brand Story).
- Report performance and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
💼 Experience :
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (Seller Central or Vendor Central).Proven track record of growing sales and optimizing ad performance.Strong analytical skills with expertise in Amazon Ads, TACOS / ACOS management, and organic ranking.Experience managing product launches and review / rating strategies.Excellent English and Spanish communication skills.Highly driven, results-oriented, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.📢 Ready to level up your impact with Birdman?
