Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transformation and Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our Finance Change Delivery team. This role blends project coordination, business analysis, and testing, primarily focused on supporting change for U.S. regulatory reporting (e.g., FR Y‑9C, FR Y‑14Q / M) and UK PRA capital and financial reports (e.g., PRA110, COREP / FINREP).

This specialist will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Regulatory Policy, and IT teams to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of capital adequacy and financial regulatory reports.

  • Enable smooth regulatory reporting delivery within transformation initiatives—specifically relating to Finance Regulatory Reporting requirements.
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into business requirements, functional documentation, process maps, and test scripts.
  • Work with Stakeholders to define Business Requirements for system releases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years (including internships) in roles such as regulatory reporting, financial / capital reporting, business analysis, or supporting transformation projects in financial services.
  • Advanced English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools : Excel and SQL required; Power BI or similar tools is strongly desired.
  • Exposure to testing cycles (SIT / UAT) or creation of business documentation considered a strong plus.
