Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Encourage team members to maintain an in-depth field of experience and knowledge regarding emerging electronic, manufacturing and materials management technologies
Familiarity with automation, industrial engineering, and manufacturing engineering.
Knowledge of the electronics industry (PCBAs, testing, components).
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Understanding of material flow in warehouse environments (systems and transactional processes).
Knowledge of supply chain systems and strategies (purchasing and planning).
Familiarity with quality systems (QMS, PPAP, measurement equipment).
Knowledge of EHS standards and regulations.
Experience in personnel management and administration.
Strong financial knowledge and understanding of Mexican industrial regulations.
Knowledge of traffic and logistics (import / export processes, IMMEX program, Annexes 24 and 30).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 10 years work experience.
Experience in plastic injection and electronics industry
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
Experience in financial analysis and strategic planning.
Experience in supply chain (purchasing, planning, warehousing, and logistics).
Experience with quality systems.
