- Organize recruitment team activities to achieve the goals
- Ensures the application and follow up of Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures.
- Supervises day-to-day Recruitment, Selection and placement Procedure.
- Conducts calibration and certification for new recruitment staff.
- Reviews Recruitment, Selection and Placement Procedures and updates where necessary.
- Implements Recruitment, Selection and Placement enhancements where needed.
- Enhance Company Branding
- Identifies, develops, and evaluates branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives, and market characteristics, cost factors.
- Increase social networking capability
B2+ / C1 proficiency in English
At least 1 year of experience in high volume recruitment (preferably on the BPO sector)Advanced knowledge and skills with business software applications. MS Office applications.
