Real Estate Facility Engineer

Overview

Establish and implement the Facility strategy and plan for the assigned San Luis Potosi offices; ensure the Plant has the right facility at the right costs and location to achieve operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define the allocation of human and material resources for real estate leadership and internal customers to ensure compliance with facility services objectives.
• Manage Hitachi Energy contractors to optimize resources and costs through standardization aligned with equipment and services, while prioritizing safety and the integrity of people.
• Define and manage the maintenance, repair, and building works plan. Ensure deadlines and costs are met, work is carried out, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Organize, manage, and staff the Reynosa Plant real estate function with qualified personnel; guide, motivate, and lead indirect employees in accordance with Hitachi Energy policies and practices.
• Monitor and manage facilities and services to maximize energy efficiency by developing assessments and recommending energy-saving solutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
