Ventes has partnered with a leading international technology company to hire a Sales Specialist to support business expansion across Latin America.
We’re seeking a motivated, bilingual professional with a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a drive to develop new business opportunities across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand market presence by identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients.Engage with customers through calls, emails, and on-site visits to understand their needs and present product solutions.Execute distribution programs and support the development of new distribution channels.Conduct product demonstrations and company presentations for prospective clients and partners.Manage ongoing projects : liaise with client project leaders, gather specification requirements, track progress, and maintain detailed project documentation.Coordinate product shipments and customs clearance as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (STEM-related field preferred).English and Spanish – both spoken and written.Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout Mexico and other Latin American countries.0–3 years of B2B sales or government project experience, ideally in high technology, security, drone, or anti-drone industries.Skills & Attributes
