At CoreX, we are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient FP&A Data Analyst to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data systems, financial modeling, and strategic forecasting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, transforming, and integrating data from various enterprise platforms to support robust funnel-to-cash forecasting and financial planning.
This position is hybrid, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco (Providencia area), and requires on-site attendance 3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Integration & Management : Access and extract data from CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), PSA (ServiceNow), HRIS (e.g., Bamboo HR, UKG), ERP (e.g., NetSuite), and other business systems.
- Clean, transform, and consolidate data to feed into financial models and dashboards.
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting : Build and maintain funnel-to-cash models that span lead generation through revenue recognition.
- Support P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting with accurate and timely data inputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational metrics with financial outcomes.
- Excel Mastery : Develop complex Excel models using advanced formulas (SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, array formulas).
- Create dynamic dashboards and pivot tables for executive reporting.
- Automate recurring reporting tasks using VBA or Power Query (nice-to-have).
- Analytical & Mathematical Expertise : Apply statistical methods and algebraic logic to interpret business trends and forecast outcomes.
- Use regression analysis, probability theory, Process Behavior Charts, and other numerical techniques to support data presentation, data forecasts, and scenario planning.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in FP&A, data analytics, or financial systems integration.Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus but not necessary.Understanding of financial statements and business operations.Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred Experience :
Experience in ServiceNow, SaaS or professional services environments.Knowledge of revenue recognition principles and deferred revenue modeling.Benefits :
