Required Technical Skill Set Azure DevOps (ADO) – Pipelines, repositories, and automation ServiceNow – Incident, change, and problem management AppDynamics – Application performance monitoring and alerting Microsoft Azure Cloud – Deployment environments and monitoring tools

Hands-on experience in monitoring tools, observability dashboards – AppDynamics. ü Proven experience with CI / CD pipeline creation and optimization using Azure DevOps. ü Ability to integrate monitoring / logging tools i.e. AppDynamics into pipeline stages, logging ingestion. ü Understanding of automated testing workflows. ü Hands-on experience in incident and change management via ServiceNow.

ü Capability to build self-healing automation or recovery scripts for recurring issues. ü Competence in analyzing telemetry / logs for behavior and pattern detection. ü Experience with post release optimization.
