What You Can Expect
The Human Resources Generalist role is responsible for executing and providing comprehensive support to HR processes in Mexico and Costa Rica, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local labor laws, and Zimmer Biomet's global standards.
This position serves as the local point of contact for employees and leaders, working closely with HR Shared Services (HRSS) and the LATAM HR team to ensure effective management of personnel administration, benefits, employee relations, ergonomics, wellness, and organizational culture initiatives.

Your Background
Eduacation :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Also can be Business Administration,Law, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
Experiencie :
4-6 years of experience in generalist or operational HR roles, preferably in multinational environments.

Working model
This person is expected to be onsite approximately 90% of the time (4 days a week), with the possibility of 1 day of home office. However, flexibility is required in case the company's needs demand additional onsite presence.

Travel Expectations
Yes, Once a month you will need to travel to Costa Rica, and as needed for the operation and business needs.
