Job Summary
Responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization
What a typical day looks like :
- Develop and implement NPI implementation plans, coordinate with cross function team to resolve manufacturing obstacles before mass production.
- Develop new product related documents like flowcharts, control plans, PFMEAs Sops etc.
- Prepare pre-pilot production machine and fixture lists based on R&D documents, communicate with suppliers on specific machine and fixture production requirements, follow up the status and qualify them before NPI build.
- New process(Included new technology / equipment) set up and qualification.
- Provide standard operating instructions, bill of materials, and other technical documents required for new products, assist with production line setup, equipment debugging and maintenance, operator training.
- Production troubleshooting, issue analysis and yield improvement
- Quality and efficiency data collect and analysis during NPI stage, address root cause and solve it to smooth mass production
- Oversea support for product transfer
The experience we’re looking to add to our team :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical / Mechanical etc.Good English listening, writing & speaking.Familiar with SMT, PCBA, wave soldering etc. electronic manufacturing processFamiliar with IPC standard and PCBA assembly standard.Familiar with power product process, high power (PSU, BBU, Rack, power shelf) experience is a plusProfessional, organized, teamwork, flexible, passionate and self – motivatedHere are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide :
