Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to provide expert guidance on SAP best practices.
- Configure SAP components including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.
- Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams for seamless integration.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP issues.
- Develop documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Participate in change management initiatives.
