Compensation & Perks Salary Range : $6.00 – $7.50 / hour (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements) 100% permanent work-from-home Paid Time Off (PTO) for Vacation and U.S. Holidays $300 Referral Bonus for every successful candidate you refer Performance-Based Bonuses Year-End Bonus (client-initiated) Perfect Attendance Bonus ( for LATAM candidates ) What You’ll Do Performance Reporting : Download and prepare performance reports using proprietary analytics tools for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) deliverables Compliance Monitoring : Conduct weekly checks of affiliate sites for valid / invalid promotion codes and send templated emails to partners in violation Outreach for Corrections : Send outbound templated emails to partners requesting corrections for compliance violations BrandVerity Checks : Perform semi-weekly checks to monitor for trademark infringements and follow up with violators KPI Oversight : Track daily client KPIs, compare results to defined guardrails, and flag discrepancies to the Account Manager Monthly Recaps : Process monthly voids / edits and compile comprehensive recaps for internal review Publisher Outreach : Assist in building publisher lists by researching contacts for provided publisher lists What We’re Looking For 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing Familiarity with Commission Junction or similar affiliate tools, and BrandVerity or similar platforms Strong written and verbal English communication skills Intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office Experience managing multiple clients or brands (a plus) Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Ability to work in any U.S. timezone or a night shift schedule in the Philippines Why You’ll Love Working Here At GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in affiliate marketing.
