Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to our clients around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is fully bilingual in Chinese and Spanish, with a strong ability to relate to diverse nuances and needs.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, keeping clients informed about the progress of their programs, and answering emails and calls in English.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through email, phone, and video calls
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their programs
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to client programs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Chinese and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
