Imagine having the opportunity to partner with global technology leaders and drive business growth. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for Customer Acquisition, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales capacity. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing high-volume customer contacts through phone and email each day. A strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services is essential to assess client requirements and provide accurate weekly / monthly / quarterly sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quota by selling renewals / services and up-sell opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured.
  • Mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client requirements.
  • Initiate steps to help customer concerns / roadblocks prohibiting satisfaction or product usage.
  • Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers or win new customers.
  • Undertake sales motions which might include lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, being the voice of the customer, or renewing contracts.

Requirements :

  • Minimum B2 English level
  • Prior success in achievement of personal and team sales quota / goals
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Experience in customer fronting roles
  • Experience learning new technology and data
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Willingness to commute to our site at Mexico City
