Location : Cuautitlán, Mexico Salary : MXN $35,000 GROSS Benefits : Superior to lawAbout the RoleAs a Demand Planner Specialist, you will be responsible for managing demand forecasts, aligning with commercial teams, and ensuring optimal inventory levels.

You will play a key role in guaranteeing product availability while minimizing shortages and overstock.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate demand baselines and support commercial discussions.Adjust forecasts based on strategy and market input.Review product availability and request additional supply when needed.Track and analyze KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.Participate in consensus meetings with commercial teams, raising risks and opportunities.Contribute to process standardization and automation in demand planning.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related.2–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or planning.Advanced SAP and strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables).

Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred.Strong analytical mindset, proactive and detail-oriented.Fluent English (C1 / C2).
