Role at a Glance

As the Head of Sales , you'll be responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive revenue growth strategy through the sales and expansion of our collection SaaS products. This position focuses on creating strategies that address both standard market needs and specific customer requests, evaluating the feasibility and impact of tailored solutions.

You will lead the Sales team directly and collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel teams to strengthen our product’s position as a leader in B2B payments and financial process automation .

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate the Sales team to achieve and exceed established revenue goals, ensuring all efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Design, execute, and optimize sales strategies to position our products as key market solutions, ensuring adoption and expansion through close collaboration with Marketing.
  • Define and implement dynamic, personalized pricing policies based on market segmentation and tailored to customer needs, maximizing revenue margins.
  • Develop and implement demand generation and market expansion strategies through direct sales and channel partnerships, driving visibility and generating qualified opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics in real time to ensure focus on activities with the greatest revenue impact.
  • Identify new market penetration opportunities and potential expansion into new channels, leveraging outbound prospecting and strategic partnerships.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key customers, partnering with Customer Success to ensure retention and maximize customer value, while optimizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and lead a high-performance Sales team, cultivating a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance skills, confidence, and career growth.
  • Foster a results-driven culture where meeting and exceeding objectives is at the core of daily operations.

What You’re Bringing

Ideal experience for this role may be demonstrated through a combination of professional background, education, certifications, or relevant projects.

Professional Background :

  • Extensive experience in Sales leadership within high-growth startups or SaaS companies, particularly those offering financial or fintech solutions.
  • Proven success in scaling sales operations, leading teams, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
  • Industry Knowledge :

  • Strong understanding of the financial technology landscape , with experience in the Mexican market .
  • Experience working with a range of clients, from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises, with the ability to tailor strategies to meet diverse customer needs.
