We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is key to ensuring smooth reception processes, maintaining brand standards, and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the Front Desk and Bellboy teams .
  • Ensure smooth operations for arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest services.
  • Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Laundry to ensure flawless operations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and audits, implementing action plans to continually improve satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain the highest levels of service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven background in customer service at international / luxury hotels .
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working under AAA service standards .
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field (desirable).
  • Knowledge of hotel systems.
