VENTES is now partnered with a Tech Innovator and Start Up focused in the Hospitality industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology sales manager with a proven track record in B2B sales, leadership, and cross-regional selling.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, exceptional sales expertise in technology and SaaS, and the ability to manage and mentor a team. This role requires a consultative selling approach, strong cross-cultural communication skills, and experience in US / Mexico-LATAM markets.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sales & Business Development : Sell software and technology to hospitality businesses using a consultative approach. Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and handle contracts and pricing discussions effectively.
  • Leadership & Team Management : Train, mentor, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Set sales goals, plan outreach strategies, and measure team performance to achieve targets.
  • Industry & Regional Expertise : Leverage knowledge of hospitality technology (e.g., PMS, Channel Managers) and US / LATAM market to navigate cultural differences, procurement processes, and decision-making structures.
  • Product & Technical Skills : Master Dharma’s product offerings, conduct compelling demos, and utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to drive sales.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication : Build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, confidently present value propositions, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales [preferred if experience is in hospitality tech sales]
  • Ability to travel to USA and other countries in America when needed.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Strong understanding of hospitality technology, including PMS, Channel Managers, and Booking Engines is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-regional sales, particularly in US and Mexico markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and pipeline management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools.

  • This role requires about 40% travel time, including to the USA
