Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized
Executive Assistant with strong operations and project management expertise
to partner closely with founders and leadership teams. This role goes beyond calendar management—you will serve as the execution backbone of the business, driving cross-team coordination, ensuring client deliverables are met, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Core Responsibilities :
Executive & Operational Support
Manage calendars, inboxes, travel, and daily workflows with precision.
Anticipate needs and proactively remove bottlenecks for leadership.
Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and drive follow-ups.
Project Management
Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and execution trackers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Document SOPs and improve internal processes for efficiency.
Operations & Systems
Manage workflows in tools like Asana, Notion, or Monday.com.
Oversee documentation, compliance tasks, and data organization.
Support financial and administrative processes as needed (invoicing, reporting, vendor coordination).
Requirements
Must-Have :
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Coordinator.
Strong project management background with experience using tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Experience supporting startup founders or leadership teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs without constant direction.
Nice-to-Have :
Familiarity with financial tools (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Exposure to healthcare, tech, or professional services industries.
Background in operations or business administration.
