Job Description

Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to win projects. Design innovative, cost-effective material handling system solutions to meet the needs of our customers using established product technologies, techniques, and procedures.

Working with cross‑functional engineering teams, you will lead the mechanical design of automated systems, as well as the project cost estimation and approval processes used to generate competitive proposals for our sales teams to win new business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team members for project execution.
• System layout drawing with AutoCAD and Teamcenter using design guidelines.
• Cost estimation using internal tools.
• Material Handling Equipment System design and throughput analysis.
• Write and review proposal documents.
• Write and review technical documentation and specifications.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sales support with customer technical meetings.
• Part definition and support.
• Lead or support Process improvement projects.
• Engineering assistance.
• 2D and 3D modeling.

5% travel possible.
