This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in internal audit and risk management, who can lead teams and manage complex projects effectively.What You'll DoManage multiple engagements and oversee the project staffing (both internal staff and external co-source resources)Establish key stakeholder relationships with DXC Management globallyPerform and / or review targeted risk assessments to determine scope of audit projects.

Perform / review process walk-throughs to facilitate the development of the audit scope and approach during the planning phaseDetermine, perform and / or review data analytics for the relevant areas as available and identify outliners / key focus areas for testing of internal controlsExecute / conduct financial, operational and technology audits, which include the testing of internal controls and business-related processesAct as a key liaison with stakeholders, DXC management and external auditors throughout the audit processConfirm the appropriateness of the controls testing approach and related audit programIdentify, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques to recognize trends or patterns in complex data setsProvide leadership, supervision, training, and feedback to the team participating in the projectMonitor audit progress to ensure completion within allotted timeframes.

Escalate as neededConfirm areas / processes for improvement and propose recommendationsDiscuss findings with stakeholders and obtain management buy-inDraft audit reports and obtain management responses in accordance with the function's KPIs and proceduresFollow up on remediation efforts related to such findingsDesign a reporting tool to support capturing of non-SOX control procedures and ensure controls are updated regularlyManage and execute special projects as neededActively participate in the development of annual and quarterly risk assessments to support the annual audit planCreate presentations (audit committee, senior management updates, etc.) as neededCreate and present training materials to the internal team and the wider DXC employees as neededAssist management with enhancements to / updates to the enterprise risk management processWho You AreBachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with a concentration in Accounting or FinanceQualification - CA / CPA / CIA.

MBA FinanceAccounting / auditing and risk management background with 5 years of experience in internal controls, consulting, advisory, and professional servicesMinimum of 3 years of Big-4 experience is required.

Technology industry experience a plus5+ years of experience in the Internal Audit / Risk Advisory domainIn-depth data analytics experienceStrong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate a significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong time management and presentation skillsAdvanced computer skills.
