Mission Description

The Methods Process Engineer will have knowledge of static and dynamic balancing processes, rotor stack processes, and experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO). The ideal candidate will be able to handle technical and work documentation, use precision measuring tools, and solve technical problems in assembly and balancing processes.

• Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
• Knowledge of SCHENCK machinery (desirable)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Blueprint reading and interpretation
• Excel (pivot tables, macros)
• SAP Industrial validation processes / Process qualification

The candidate should have a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Metal-Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical studies.
