Ideal Profile :

• At least 5 years of experience in international logistics and freight forwarding sales.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of trade lanes between Europe / Asia and Latin America.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently while staying aligned with Racing Cargo's global strategy.
