We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative (with potential to grow into a full-cycle closer) to support outbound sales efforts, generate qualified leads, and help open opportunities with top-tier eCommerce brands. You’ll be working closely with the founder to learn our positioning, pitch, and sales process.
Who you are :
- A natural prospector—you know how to open doors, build interest, and create pipeline from scratch.
- You have agency experience, ideally in digital marketing, design, CRO, or eCommerce.
- You understand how to speak to founders, CMOs, and growth leaders of DTC brands.
- You’re fluent in cold outreach via email, LinkedIn DMs, and personalized messages.
- You’re organized, resourceful, and know how to push deals forward with clarity and urgency.
- You’re comfortable presenting via Zoom, pitching services, and leading sales conversations in English and Spanish
- You have strong copywriting skills to write outreach messages that stand out, build trust, and convert.
- You believe in clarity, long-term relationships, and consultative selling not just quick closes.
You will :
Build and manage outbound lead pipelines through cold email, DMs, and social prospecting.Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find and qualify leads.Personalize outreach sequences to increase reply and booking rates.Book qualified meetings with eCommerce founders and decision-makers.Shadow and support discovery calls and sales presentations alongside the founder to learn how we position and close.Assist in follow-ups, proposal prep, and pipeline tracking as you build toward taking on more ownership.Sell CRO programs, Shopify builds, and UX optimization projects to 6–8 figure DTC brands across the US, Canada, and Europe.Work closely with the strategy and operations teams to align proposals with client needs.Maintain data hygiene and reporting across outreach platforms and CRMs.Hit monthly KPIs for meetings booked, proposals sent, and deals closed.Stay on top of trends in eCommerce, CRO, and digital growth to bring relevant insights to prospects.Have access to scripts, case studies, Notion decks, and proven frameworks to ramp up faster and close with confidence.What we’re looking for :
2+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales at a marketing or creative agency.Deep understanding of outbound prospecting best practices, especially for high-ticket services.Proven experience using tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, and Clay.Excellent written and spoken English (C1 / C2 level) — this role is fully client-facing.Experience with sales decks, Notion pages, and Zoom pitches.Experience managing CRM and pipeline reporting.Bonus : Background in CRO, Shopify, or performance marketing.Compensation & Work Structure :
$25,000–$30,000 MXN base salary + performance-based commissions tied to meetings booked and deals you help source.This is a learning-focused role with a clear path to grow into a full-cycle closer (with higher base + commission) in the next 6–12 months.Hybrid position – Monterrey, Mexico.Work closely with a team of strategists, designers, and founders building world-class brands.Average deal sizes range from $5,000 to $10,000 USD, with attractive commission opportunities.
