Mission Summary

Continuous improvement : follow internal projects, develop automation tools for efficient production processes, map flows, documentation, and internal project management. Generation of tests, application installation, handbooks, technical datasheets, implementation of platforms for pre‑personalization and correct application installation in machines. Process flow update and improvement for control and delivery of information.

Key Accountabilities

• Generate BAIs : receiving requests by TC / PM, new article of Virgin card, card pre‑personalization, review customer item, coding form, keys in CDF in KMS, download PDM generic application, configure scripts, upload to PDM, install new PA, generate BAIs, generate return validation files, generate and send test approval file.
