We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role is key to ensuring smooth reception processes, maintaining brand standards, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the Front Desk and Bellboy teams.
- Ensure smooth operations for arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest services.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Laundry to ensure flawless operations.
- Monitor guest feedback and audits, implementing action plans to continually improve satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, schedules, and KPIs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain the highest levels of service.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.Proven background in customer service at international / luxury hotels.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Experience working under AAA service standards.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field (desirable).Knowledge of hotel systems.
