Sr. Procurement Coordinator [Solo Quedan 24h]

A multinational consumer goods company is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Indirect Procurement to support its Latin American markets. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities across a range of indirect categories in Mexico, with full ownership of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, supplier management, and local implementation of regional sourcing strategies.

This is a hands-on, tactical role focused on executing sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders—both corporate and operations—to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end P2P process, from requisition to payment, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead sourcing initiatives (RFI / RFP / RFQ) across indirect spend categories to drive value and cost savings.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across corporate and plant operations to align procurement activities with business priorities.
• Implement regional procurement strategies at the local level.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and adherence to internal guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, driving service quality and continuous improvement.
• Track procurement performance, analyze spend data, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
