We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is a critical part of our team, ensuring that everything from scheduling to office logistics is handled efficiently. You will :
Executive & Administrative Support
Email Management : Prioritize, manage, and organize the CEO’s email inboxes, ensuring timely responses to critical communications.Calendar Management : Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones while balancing priorities.Personal Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including personal errands and tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making.Confidentiality Maintenance : Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.Office Management
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing correspondence.Assist HR and finance with expense tracking, invoices, and payroll coordination.Work in tandem with the CEO to organize company-wide events, summits, retreats, and other key gatherings, ensuring they align with leadership’s strategic and team-building objectives.You have / can :
1+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, office management, or operations.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.A proactive attitude—you anticipate needs before they arise.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Why join us?
