Technical Service Specialist with previous industrial mechanical experience needed to support industrial doors. This is an on-site role in Guadalajara and requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.

TECHNICAL SERVICE - PROBLEM SOLVING

Interfacing with customers via phone and email for troubleshooting and product functionality
Traveling to customer locations for installations, assessments and repairs
Documenting data obtained during all technical service activities

What we are looking for :

Certification in mechanical or electrical systems or equivalent work experience

Three+ years experience in a technical support role, preferrable in a manufacturing setting

Working knowledge of / experience with mechanics, electrical panels, VFD drives, PLCs and industrial controls
