In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading new platform development initiatives by defining the initial business requirements, establishing comprehensive service design, and implementing a robust customer-oriented architecture. A key aspect of this position involves executing rapidly minimum viable products.
Role Responsibilities
Build partnerships by defining integration requirements to maximize customer value and satisfaction, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Support seamless back-end integrations and front-end configurations of third-party solutions to deliver services such as Correspondent Banking, Bill Payments, Mobile Top-Ups, and Lending.
Document workflows and service level agreements (SLAs) to strengthen partnership management processes.
Manage sprint delivery cycles and coordinate quality assurance activities.
Manage technical documentation for regulatory approvals
Oversee budget and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 5-8 years of IT experience preferably in Remittance, Retail Banking, Digital Payments, FinTech and other financial services.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Technical leader and coach, aware of applicability of new technologies
MBA is a plus.
You have a good understanding of the financial services markets or retail and digital operations and an understanding of today’s technological standards
You exhibit high energy and show enthusiasm to get into actions to drive the business and get results, willing to step in even outside business hours in case of service issues; ability to multi-task and handle pressure in a high energy environment will be a key success factor
You are familiar with pricing strategies, can influence decisions and are good at negotiation and have a good understanding of the digital business.
You can communicate well and able to bridge the gap between global styles of business practices.
Background in managing direct and cross-functional teams.
English proficiency is a must.
