Know more : PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityYou will be responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity, and traceability of technical documentation for ingredients, products, processes, labeling, and packaging within digital systems.

You will coordinate the execution of specifications across the LATAM region, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.

You will also promote the harmonization of R&D business processes, foster cross-functional collaboration, and apply digital skills to enhance operational efficiency.You will ensure the integrity and high quality of product, process, and recipe documentation in digital systems (PLM & ERP), in collaboration with project team members across the Innovation, Productivity and Brand Stewardship, guaranteeing full compliance with Stage Gate technical process requirements.You will ensure the execution of regional R&D processes and ways of working in PLM and ERP to unlock agility and efficiency.You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specifications in the end-to-end (E2E) creation process within PLM and ERP.You will safeguard the confidentiality of R&D information.You will adopt harmonized R&D business processes and ensure effective connection with cross-functional teams.You will guarantee effective cross-functional interconnection within R&D and across the Sector.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
