Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a planning or data-driven role, ideally within the automotive industry. You should be skilled in :

Analytical skills and data interpretation

Synthesizing and communicating key ideas

Managing and analyzing databases

Transforming data into actionable insights

Creating executive-level presentations

Project evaluation

Collaborating effectively with multi-level and multi-disciplinary teams

Beyond the technical skills, we want to meet people who are intellectually curious, adaptable, and fast learners.

Your Responsibilities

Participate in and lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop optimization projects for key company processes.

Analyze business, industry, and market data to spot trends, risks, and opportunities

Actively participate in the strategic planning and budget processes for a business unit.

Review and assess capital investments and conduct post-mortem analysis.

Participate in all phases of M&A projects, including target analysis and due diligence.

Requirements

Software : Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau and familiarity with AI large language models (LLMs) is a plus.

Education : A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

English Proficiency : Strong communication skills for working in multicultural environments.

Location : Monterrey, Nuevo León.
