Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s degree in Accounting. English B2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting. In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS Experience in U.S. Federal and State taxes (preferably with knowledge of Miami regulations). Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central (mandatory). Knowledge of Power BI (preferred). Experience in the construction sector (preferred). Experience in the renewable energy sector (preferred). Availability for international work assignments.
As a Finance Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing our finance operations and ensuring the precision and reliability of our financial data in the US & México. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success while working in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare journal entries for company operations to support month-end closing.
- Analyze data for multiple balance sheet accounts and identify variances.
- Perform reconciliations between companies and accounts such as banks, suppliers, and clients.
- Support process improvements, document new policies and procedures for strong internal controls.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with external auditors.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Apply and comply with U.S. federal, state, and city tax legislation.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attend both internal and external meetings.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central.
