As an expert in automation design, you will define how thousands of brands experience our platform. You will design intuitive interfaces for workflows, adaptive frontends, and natural chat experiences that exceed customer expectations.

This opportunity allows you to set the design culture from the ground up and shape the future of automation for the next generation of SaaS.

1. Own end-to-end design for our platform, from user research to polished UI.

2. Design the drag-and-drop builder, making complex automation approachable and powerful.

3. Shape the agentic chat experience, blending conversational AI with structured workflows.

4. Create adaptive frontends that respond to different customer use cases with fluid interaction patterns.

5. Define our design system and visual language so they scale across the platform.

6. Collaborate closely with engineers within Shape Up cycles.

You have 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of interactive product work. Experience with workflow tools or no-code builders is a plus.

You should be fluent in design tools such as Figma and possess a strong visual design craft.

You are comfortable prototyping at different fidelities, from wireframes to interactive prototypes.
