Our client is a global leader in industrial cooling and heat transfer solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager, Latin America to accelerate regional growth and strengthen commercial presence, with a strategic focus on Mexico.
Reports directly to the General Manager in Mexico, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Regional Leadership teams.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in business development or technical sales, ideally within industrial cooling, refrigeration, or HVAC manufacturing
- Proven success developing new business through established industry relationships and expanding market share across Latin America
- Well-established network within the HVAC and industrial cooling sectors, with strong understanding of regional customers, market channels, and industry influencers
- Demonstrated ability to build influence with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to drive specification and order growth
- Strong background managing cross-functional, multicultural teams in a collaborative commercial environment
- Experienced in value-based selling, pricing strategy, and strategic account management
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.
