Global Finance Transformation Director

The Global Finance Director leads the finance department in Latin America, overseeing financial analysis, reporting, and compliance with international standards.

This role drives process transformation, operational excellence, and a culture of service and collaboration across departments.Main ResponsibilitiesLead financial analysis, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), including risk management and internal controls.Develop and manage policies, standards, and processes for financial master data and data management.Supervise internal and external audits, identifying risks and implementing control improvements.Manage strategic relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, negotiating agreements and evaluating performance.Lead major projects, including change management, business process modeling, and transition management.Analyze financial statements and key metrics, providing recommendations to executive management.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.Experience10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related areas.CertificationsCPASkillsEffective communication, leadership, and project management skills.LanguagesBilingual C1 in English and Spanish.
