About This Role

As a Materials and Special Processes Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the design, manufacture, and service support of our aeroderivative gas turbine products. You will work with a dynamic and fast-paced team to introduce creative, robust, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist in materials and special processes to provide guidance on engineering projects based on your knowledge. You will be responsible for providing technical input into material selection, special process validation, and supplier management.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select suitable materials and suppliers.
• Review and approve component definitions, design alteration requests, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure that manufactured components meet design specifications.
• Participate in root cause investigation activities.
• Evaluate material suitability for specific applications.
