You will play a critical role in enabling the UIs and UXs for our members and operational teams.More details below but we are looking for someone that can do things across the stack but is more inclined to the backend side.You're a good fit if you : - Identify with our Eng Values.

• Owns end-to-end delivery of complex features or critical workflows- Leads debugging of difficult production issues with calm and focus- Coaches and unblocks others; mentors other engineers- Champions engineering excellence (reliability, testing, maintainability)- Identify with the T shaped model, which are generalists with a strong suit in one specific area.

We are all engineers at our core no matter our specializationHad experience with : - Fiveish years of web development with the likes of VueJS, React, Tailwind, etc- Implementing / maintaining or using design systems- Fast-paced startup environments- Automated unit / integration / behaviour / etc testsBonus points if you have : - Familiarity with backend frameworks like, PHP & Laravel, Ruby & Rails, Elixir & Phoenix, etc.
