Descripción :

Es responsable, a través de proveedores y partners, de gestionar dispositivos de cómputo, impresoras, pantallas, proyectores, salas de juntas, HH, mini-printers, scanners, teléfonos, etc., asegurando el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio establecidos y la entrega basada en los contratos de servicios, sin limitarse a ellos.

Actividades :

• Revisar BackLog, Tickets 3 Strikes y otros indicadores de soporte.
• Administrar licencias de software, incluyendo cargos globales.
• Gestionar proveedores y contratos de servicio.
• Asegurar un correcto Asset Management y la información de los usuarios, incluyendo inventario en almacenes de TI, retorno de equipos en Off Boarding y relación Empleado-Devices.
• Mantener y comunicar el roadmap de soluciones de EUD.
