Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Jefe de Ingeniería y Mantenimiento located in Santa Ana Jilotzingo, MEX. The individual in this role will oversee daily engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance staff, performing and overseeing equipment repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Repair
• Skilled in implementing and managing Preventive Maintenance programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry is a plus
