• Response time & Quality KPIs : 95%
• KPIs - Small Claims analysis
• Registration of a new claim
• Acknowledgement email
• Claims creation
• TradeLiner review
• Handling Modifications & Payments on existing claims
• EDC claims creations
• Document Handling & SOCs

Main goals include maintaining good relationships with internal & external clients, implementing continuous improvement ideas and escalating issues on time.
